Purpose of This Space
We often hear people say, “Mental Health is a Journey.” That someone is “Living with Mental Health.” So-and-so “Struggles with ADHD.” These are nice platitudes that can make someone feel better, or help to gloss over something that is difficult to explain, but what does it really mean?
Whether it is our neurobiology or our life experiences, we are who we are in this moment, and sometimes that comes with challenges that shape how we experience and view the world.
The purpose of this space is to provide information, tools, tips, and resources that anyone can use to better understand themselves, their challenges, and their strengths. And, most importantly, help us all LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST.
