Adam Lyons, Therapist, ADHD Specialist: I have been a therapist for over 15 years, working with adults and youth in Foster Care, Community Mental Health, and Private practice. I have ADHD and Dyslexia. Regardless of how we came to face the challenges we do, we are all searching for tools to understand better and navigate them. My goal is to provide those in need with tools, techniques, and resources to understand better and navigate the challenges they face. When I am not in my therapist role, I enjoy cooking and spending time in nature.
